Geography Faculty – Civil Services (HAS/UPSC)
Location: Kullu
Organization: Jokta Academy (School Integrated Civil Services Program)
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Geography Faculty to join our integrated school + civil services coaching program. The role involves mentoring students preparing for HAS/UPSC along with academic curriculum, in a structured and focused environment.
Role Overview
- Deliver high-quality Geography lectures for Civil Services (HAS/UPSC) and school-level students
- Conduct 3 classes daily with strong conceptual clarity and an exam-oriented approach
- Guide students through answer writing, concept building, and doubt resolution
- Prepare, conduct, and evaluate tests, along with providing structured feedback to students
- Contribute to academic planning and content development

Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s Degree in Geography preferred (not mandatory)
- Candidates with strong subject understanding can apply
- Prior teaching experience preferred
- Candidates who have appeared in UPSC/HAS Mains will be given preference

- Demo Lecture Round (Mandatory)
- Final selection based on teaching quality and subject depth
